This instrument is used for high-precision measurement of the roughness of working surfaces in metrology rooms and production sites. It can test the roughness of the flat and axial busbar surfaces of parts. It is designed according to GB1031-83 and ISO, DIN and other standards, reaching the level of advanced products in the same category.
This instrument adopts a contact type method, which can quickly, accurately and intuitively measure the surface roughness value. The instrument uses an inductive probe with small measurement error and good repeatability. The diamond contact needle is durable and equipped with a 16 bit single-chip microprocessor. It has a high degree of intelligence and is particularly convenient to use. It can quickly read parameters such as Ra, Ry, Rz, and print all test data and contour graphics as needed. The LCD can display the position of the contact needle during the measurement process, avoiding errors caused by human factors.
